This was the first new car I ever ordered from the factory, the salesman Steve Venden, guided me thru the process. The car, the salesman the dealer were all more than expected, this was the second vehicle I bought, I'd buy every one from Steve
I brought my 2018 M4 from the dealer and the advisor was Gary Mack and this was my 2nd BMW. I would highly recommend Gary who was so efficient in getting me the car that day.
No hassle and stress free process with BMW! The staff was friendly and proffessional thru out and my daughters loved the snack bar and playroom.

This is my third BMW from Ferman. I dealt with Alex Wolf at Ferman BMW. He answered my questions directly and was extremely informative. His knowledge of the BMW brand was extensive.
