This was the first new car I ever ordered from the factory, the salesman Steve Venden, guided me thru the process. The car, the salesman the dealer were all more than expected, this was the second vehicle I bought, I'd buy every one from Steve
I brought my 2018 M4 from the dealer and the advisor was Gary Mack and this was my 2nd BMW. I would highly recommend Gary who was so efficient in getting me the car that day.

I had a lot of trepidation about buying a car from a dealer other than the one I had used for the past 30 years. Ferman but my fears to rest. Dan McCloy at Furman put my fears to rest. No Long protracted negotiations. Got to the deal done rapidly. Fair price great experience!
This is my third BMW from Ferman. I dealt with Alex Wolf at Ferman BMW. He answered my questions directly and was extremely informative. His knowledge of the BMW brand was extensive. I appreciated the direct negotiations with Alex along with the sales manager Alan Mazur. The finance manager Erin Chaperro was equally informative and made the process easy. Overall, my experience was wonderful.
Great people to work with, especially client adviser Dan went out of the way to address all my concerns about buying a used car, even worked on his off day to deliver the car in promised condition. will definitely go back when the need arises for a second car.
