I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 435xi from Ferman BMW, Dan McDonald was my sales advisor and couldn't have been nicer. Dan spent the time to make sure everything went very smoothly with my purchase and has followed up very promptly with my questions. I also worked with Joe Cleaver in finance who was just as accommodating. I would rate my experience with Ferman BMW a 10 out of 10 both Dan and Joe were great! Brian Gains was his usual friendly, informative and helpful self (Our second car from Brian, third from Ferman). This is an outstanding BMW dealership, a great site and buildings, full of cars we liked to look at and buy!
