Purchased an i3 from Kenny last year and had a great experience. Unfortunately it was totaled in an accident but was kept safe and knew I wanted another. Kenny kept in contact and followed up the second he found the i3 I was looking for. Fantastic service and will be returning when wife needs a new car as well.

I purchased a 2018 BMW 320i during the Christmas week. I had been corresponding via email with Alexis DeFreitas for almost two weeks prior. We love our new BMW!!! We picked it up today. The delivery experience was fantastic compared to previous experiences with other dealers in the area. We were greeted by our sales advisor Brian Gains who got the ball rolling. After completing our registration for Connected BMW, it was off to see Bobby Haines who took care of all the paperwork. Then the real fun began as BMW Genius Alex Senko took us through all of the systems in the car. Then we were all set to enjoy motoring the BMW way!

I went to Ferman in hopes of finding a way to trade my current car in for the one I’ve always wanted. This was my first experience by myself at a car lot, so i was skeptical.
