We worked with Gary Mack to build and order our new X5. He was on top of all the details and even suggested we take delivery at the factory in Spartanburg, SC as it would include driving school and factory tour. He knew the answer to every question we had and was clearly a subject matter expert on all things BWM. Ferman BMW, especially Alex Wolf, is the reason that I'm driving my first BMW today. Alex stepped in for another CA who missed the appointment that I had to see two CPO vehicles. Alex was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely trustworthy through the process of about seven months until I eventually took delivery of my new 540i. I would (and do) recommend Alex and Ferman to anyone who asks.

I am very happy with my recent experience. Kenny Russell, Client Advisor, was awesome. He helped me determine which car was the best for me...X4 or X6.
