I am giving this a 5 star rating mainly because we were given the 5 star treatment by one of the nicest salesman we have met, Kenny Russell. We went in just to take a look around, had concerns with the size and height of the car because of limited space and a steep driveway and Kenny helped us out, even going so far as bringing the car to our home and testing the driveway space to make sure it worked. Robert was very friendly and walked me step by step through the buying process of my new BMW. Even though I had owned a BMW previously Alex from the Genius group showed me how to use several features that were new to me and made me feel completely at ease explaining how everything worked. Aleksandr was excellent. He's the one that lets you know how to use all those buttons that most of us don't even push. He explained everything and I've even gone back and he's always pleasant and ready to help. He a terrific asset and the one buyers need and should request to find out everything regarding the technology of there new car.

Gary Mack, was a wonderful Salesman. I could not have asked for a better person to help me make up my mind on my New BMW purchase. He took his time and explained all the details to me without giving me the run around about interest rate or credit issue. Very polite an well spoken gentleman. I would refer him to anyone that I care deeply for, because I know he would be very honest and upfront with them.
