Well received in the carport, Jamie, as usual is very pleasant , efficient and professional. Work was started on time and finished in a reasonable time frame. I worked on my computer while waiting and I must say you could improve on your wifi. I have connected to business wifi in many locations but your is very difficult and not user friendly. Otherwise Ferman is a super dealership which provides excellent service.
All there were Polite, knowledgeable, and competent. Excellent service! Our wait was short and we greeted pleasantly by everyone we met. We would certainly return.

Always professional service and they make me feel welcome. I like the personalized service and the comfortable waiting area. I have never needed repairs, only routine service which is always easily scheduled
My BMW salesman and BMW genius were both wonderful guys as they were both named Alex. From the time I said I wanted an x1, Alex W.worked so hard to find one with my specifications. He tracked the vehicle from the time it was on the waters to be shipped to the US. Great service. I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else. I live about an hour away from the dealership and much closer to another BMW dealer- I drive all the way to Palm Harbor for Ferman service.
