I was greeted nicely then went inside to do paperwork. I got my loaner car and off I went. When servicing my vehicle they found a leak in the valve cover gasket. They fix it at no cost to me because it's under warranty. Great job!

Came in without an appointment, was greeted by a very pleasant sales person. Showed me what I liked, made a great deal and it was an easiest car purchase I made. After words their BMW Genius (very apt title) walked me through all the features (he must have Ph D in BMW). Excellent all around.
Completed service as requested. Friendly greeting when we arrived and completed the paperwork in short order and put us in a loaner and we were on our way.
There is not much to report both people I was in contact with were very nice and well prepared. The service area was clean and presentable.
