Went for an oil change. wasn't due yet; but my brake fluid needed to be changed. Nick Hawk was very professional and courteous. But, I had a questions about Bluetooth connection, and Nick introduced me to Alex Senko. He not only explained how he made the connection with my cellphone but asked if I needed additional assistance. Alex did this in less than 2 minutes.
