We made an apt. They had a loner car there ready for us. They checked our car out and told us that every thing was good. I remember telling my husband, that never happened before, t Most dealers are pushing things down your throat. They said every thing was good. We will definitely go again for service.

Extremely professional. The dealership sparkles, the staff is crisp. My car was repaired to my satisfaction, and while it took a few days to get parts the team at Ferman gave me a loaner for the duration. I am a very satisfied customer and when I need service again I will be back.

Had a great experience at Ferman BMW of Palm Harbor with Brian Gains as our Sales Associate. Came in with my husband with the sole intention of just test driving their SUV vehicles. I zeroed in on the X3 and had a test drive with absolutely No Pressure. Brian was professional, knowledgeable on BMW's product line and was so easy going. Overall fine experience. Paperwork took a while and seemed excessive from our customer perspective. All employees were polite and friendly. Tried to by a car with Steve who was very good. We fell $3000.00 short but maybe something will change in the future.
