First class... all the way. I am a very skeptical shopper in regards to car dealerships. I had been looking for a certain used car for months. Ferman is an outstanding BMW dealership across the board. The new car showrooms and service facilities surpass any other BMW dealership I have done business with in 30 years and I have been treated exceptionally well as a customer. The dealership weighed heavily in my decision to lease another BMW rather than another make, this time a 440i GC.
