I just completed my purchase of a used 328i at Ferman BMW. I searched the entire state and looked at cars at 10 different lots. Lots to choose from but the quality on the Ferman lot was unsurpassed. The entire experience at Ferman BMW was fabulous. I have dealt with other BMW dealerships and definitely did not receive the same level of customer service. Originally I came in to have my tires checked for low PSI, when I brought up the fact that I had a few questions, I was introduced to Kenny the BMW genius..fancy that. This kid knows his stuff and then some, addressed all my issues and showed me things I didn't know existed in my car. Overall great atmosphere and staff!
I recently purchased a 2016 BMW 228i from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, Fl. The customer service was top notch and everyone was more than friendly. Gary Mack, Sales and Kenny Russell, BMW Genius were second to none. Kenny took time to educate me on all the functions of the 228i which made my overall experience a positive one. These guys are top notch and if you are considering buying a BMW I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to be part of your experience.
What a first class buying experience! I found a couple of certified pre-owns that I was interested in, online, with some amazing pricing!
