I purchased my new BMW from Ferman BMW and can't say how blessed I was to have Dave Haro who helped me find the car of my dreams. I love the convertible and pearly white color. I was introduced to Kenny Russell the BMW Genius who went over my car inside and out with me and even came out to my house and programmed my garage door to the car. The whole process has been effortless and they really treat me like a VIP guest. Keep up the good work you guys!
I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy of the guys at Ferman BMW who helped my with my new X5 purchase. Marcos Villas, who sold me the car, was incredibly helpful. When they didn't have the exact car I was looking for, he built one for me. It's perfect. Kenny Russell, the BMW Genius, was equally amazing. We just purchased a new X1 through Jamie Byrd, who provided an excellent overall experience and exemplifies customer service.
