I have purchused my last 2 Cars (one a MINI and one a BMW) from Gary Mack. His service and more importanly the after service is what will keep me coming back. When dealing with Gary its like dealing with an old friend and not a sales person. Any time I go in for a service or to look at my next dream car Gary seaks me out to catch up with the regular day to day stuff. He truely makes me feel as important as someone coming in to buy a $100,000 car!

I brought my car in for service and the wait time was expected and my car was finished on time, washed and vacuumed. Also, I was given a thank you card which was really refreshing to see. I had an issue pairing a new phone and had some questions I needed answered about my navigation and playing music via Bluetooth.
