Recently purchased our third CPO BMW @ Ferman in last 10 years. As usual, sales (Mary Keller and Gary Mack) did a great job. Best surprise was the "BMW Genius" service (Kenny Russell) who twice provided us with personal, face to face explanation and demonstration of using the features of the car. One of the reasons we considered purchasing the BMW is that the Ferman (repair) service is well organized and friendly (if a bit expensive).
My husband and were pleased to be able to purchase our new BMW 328i from this great team; they were the best group of people to work with. Mary Keller took us through the whole process and answered any questions/concerns that we had. She was extremely professional and delivered on everything that was promised. It was definitely the right decision to use her services; she even fed us dinner while we were waiting for the paperwork to be finished. We purchased our last three cars from Steve at Ferman BMW, and they have been the best three car-buying experiences we have ever had. Steve is straight forward, honest and fair. The Customer Service is 100% impeccable with complete respect given to the customer and high level waiting room with ALL of the amenities. It almost had me NOT notice that they did not fix one of the items that I brought my 650i in for. They have amazing customer service and treat their customers with the utmost respect but they will have to improve greatly on actually honoring the time and requests of their customer.
