"Service " Never updated on what was wrong with gas tank. They just decided to replace tank. . Prices were higher than quoted because they originally only included parts.
" Super Service Superviser - Paul" M Youngsma absolutely abandoned me as a customer; would not answer 2 telephone calls, would not answer 2 texts. Took almost 24 hours for his supervisor (Paul) to come to my rescue!
"They made it right" After management learned about a problem I'd had, their response was instant. Good to their word. Sorry that it didn't get done the first time
"Great experience except for sales tax issue" We had another very good experience buying a car from Brian Gains. Had an issue doing the financial paperwork because the dealers computer system had the wrong sales tax percentage in the system for Manatee county. This wasted a lot of time figuring out what went wrong.

"Battery searlization" Marc, my service manager was extremely polite and helpful. He went beyond the batter serialization and since it was very close performed the required maintenance.
"Mini oil change" Went in for oil change. Did get some other service. Talked into plug change in which I shouldn't have taken. Plugs were changed less than two years ago. I didn't care for that after I thought about it.
"Split Engine Mounts" Found problem and fixed it. When starting up the 2014 BMW 528i there was serious vibration.Worried it was the drive train. Used a loaner and waited for a cold start the next morning.
"Tire service was good. But took 2 trips." Inside plastic door handle melting. Said it wasnt thier problem. Same thing with super stinky air coming from A /C vents. Told them my low battery charge lite came on. They forgot to check it. Rear end of car sags on one side, said it was within limits. Ha! They were ready to help, but wanted a bag of money. 2 months out of warrentee!
