"New Car Purchase" Our experience of selecting a new car is reflected in my ratings, we appreciate the quality of service and I hope this is 25 words.

All all interaction with the sales staff was generally good the only issue that I had is that the agreement was I would come and pay the remaining as soon as it came in from my bank everyone was in agreement but one of the salesperson's kept on calling me everyday so that I can give them update on when the money is going to be there to me that was a bit annoying other than that everything went well
"Quality repair of A/C system, but mis-diagnosed brake issue" Quality repair of A/C system, but mis-diagnosed brake issue. The front brakes were producing a thumping sensation, but technician recommended replacing the rear pads and rotors. I took it to an independent brake/wheel/tire specialist, who found corrosion on a front rotor and polished it. The actual problem was fixed for $65.
"Service Prices too high" I realize dealerships charge more for non routine work but the prices quoted are insane. Make it up in volume, Minis break all the time, you could do much better dropping your prices to reality. And get a greater volume of work. The current rates make it very worthwhile to have work done elsewhere. Hate Facebook so no recommendations on Facebook.
"So so " Scheduled oil change took way to long, almost 2 hours! All of my tires got deflated by the following day. I received a follow up text message a few days later, I told about my tires, never received a reply. Not entirely happy.
"Bad software update" Told me I needed a software update and wouldn't affect any thing WRONG Tried and it failed Had to give me a loaner for the issue
"No major complaints. Had the usual good experience." I wish the service department would return voice mail messages. I don't think I've ever had a return call & I don't text. Also, I had to tell the service department that brake pads replaced were under warrantee. I would think this would be obvious when bringing up vehicle history.
"Take lug nuts off" I brought my BMW in to get the locked lug nuts off which I was told was going to be $350 to have 2 cut off. Needless to say I did not have it done there and went to a tire place who got them off for free. I am not at all complaining about Jimmy whalen's quote I'm sure he had to put enough time depending on what you guys came across.
