"Did not happen" When I was checked in outside the bldg they said they would glue the panel on the drivers side door that came loose. Well that did not happen. After spend over $700 that day how would you feel???? I did not get the fellows name that I talked with and didn’t discuss this with nick. Wish I had...

"Service review" Good start when I dropped off the car, but mediocre communication after that. The car stalled again after the service was complete, and I am uncertain that the problem was definitively address.

"A polarizing experience" The best part of our experience was working with Matt Speedy. He was friendly, knowledgable, and went the extra mile for us at every opportunity. I think he could run his own dealership someday! Two things that didn't work for us were lack of communication on the part of the dealership and false statements made by Jared Gooch in the financial department. We had decided to use a bank we have a good relationship with and it was very difficult getting information from the dealership on what they needed... read more

"Sales, repairs and finance great - “Genius” staff not great " The only reason I did not give a 10 star rating is because of the lack of attention provided by the BMW genius staff. He was on his cell phone looking at emails the entire 10 minutes he spent with me, and was completely disinterested in showing me the newest features of the BMW 330i. "great advisor ...but car was not completely checked over.." sal my adviser was professional in every way.....I was not impressed at all in that my car was just barely washed...thru a machine ....inside was not really cleared well.....I asked to check all and that was not done as some lights still do not work... "Basic service " Just basic service for my car and was part of the service was under the warranty that all no complicated process & I didn’t pay because the items was under the warranty..basic issue with just basic treatment that all

"New car purchase with trade" Ferman BMW was professional and fair. Understands customer service unlike Ferman Mini. Had a prior business relationship with Ferman BMW. Brought a Mini we purchased from the east coast of FL. Ferman Mini service and sales (predominantly sales) destroyed prior Ferman relationship and almost destroyed any Mini or BMW FUTURE business. "Good service experience - recent purchase had highs and lows" For our recent X3 purchase the first experience was good, getting to an acceptable price was fine, however when we took delivery our rep had left the organization and items we agreed with him to be installed by the parts department were not installed and we were told “they were not included” in the price. We met in the middle but we left feeling like we did not get the car we paid for.

"Oil change sale" After receiving an email from Ferman BMW up to 5 Qt synthetic oil change for $59 I decided to take advantage of this great price. I have recently purchased a 2007 X5 privately, I thought this was a great chance to confirm with the included inspection to ensure I had a safe good running older BMW. No pressure to buy anything other was a plus. My car took 8 quarts, with the sale I still only paid $75. Left felt like I got a deal,as well as assured no current issues could be found.
