Mr. Ivan Romero took time to explain the entire sales process. He was very friendly and informative. He treated me as though I was the only customer in the dealership that day. This is just how I felt. My overall experience was nothing short of excellent. I plan to return and I will refer my friends to BMW of Bloomfield. Thank You Ivan; my brother in law who recently purchased a BMW said you were the best; WOW you are the BEST!!

The reason I gave a 5 start rating for this dealership is because from the moment i walked in the experience was great i was greated and offered beverages everyone was very courtious. I did not have to wait for Ivan Romero he was available right away to discuss my fnancing options. I will be honest, I hate going to dealerships. I especially dislike luxury car dealerships. Most of the sale people are arrogant and size you up in 5 minutes. When I came to BMW of Bloomfield on May 9th, I had the pleasure of working with Alaa. I went to the front desk asking for a sale person and Alaa was standing right there ready to help me. Now my experiences at other dealerships is something along the lines of the receptionist hounding a sales person to help me because most of them want to cherry pick the best customers... read more

I have had my share of many different luxury cars from different dealerships but by far my service manager, Jin Yoon at Bloomfield is the best and continues to exceed all my expectations. Jing Li and Wayne Trieu are very friendly and knowledgable. Their service was prompt and Enthusiastic. They have the best execute I can imagine from a car dealer.
