I went to BMW of Bloomfield to shop for my first BMW. I met Shahid and was thoroughly impressed with his kindness and willingness to help with my finances. I got a great deal and now very happy to have gone to BMW of Bloomfield to get the car. Recommend to anyone serious in buying BMW.

I went to BMW of Bloomfield to purchase or lease a new X5. I set up an appointment with Henry, letting him know the purpose of my visit, and was greeted by Henry upon my arrival. Alaa took me on a test drive as soon as I arrived. He was very helpful in trying to find me the car I wanted. It was a great experience for me from the start, checked their website and found very easily what I wanted, and easily got in touch with Shahid without any holds on the phone. awesome experience at bmw of bloomfield. the way they treat their customers is how a bmw customer should be treated. i has switched service dealerships since bmw of bloomfield was just on the other side of town and thank god i did. service at paul miller bmw started good then became bad so i went to bmw of bloomfield and i am very happy overall. the service technician even found that the spark plugs that were supposedly "replaced" at paul miller bmw were not replaced and were old and worn out ones. thank you bmw of bloomfiel... read more
