I was just helping my sister looking at the 1 series that she going to buy at the Bloomfield BMW dealer and did not intended to buy a car for myself, however after talking to Alaa Ahmed me and my sister leave the dealership with 2 new BMW. Alla was very helpful and gave us the best deal possible, he will take his time to answer any questions or concern you might have even when he is busy. Overall this was the best experience I had with purchasing new car.

Ivan was delightful and very customer friendly oriented. There were no usual salesman gimmicks. He was efficient and had my financial situation in mind. This experience was a lot better than my Freeport Hassel experience back in 2009. Thanks Ivan

My experiance with Alaa from start to finish was an overall outstanding experiance . My father who has owned BMW's all his life told me it would be the best drive and experiance and it has been thus far . I truely did purchase "The Ultimate Driving Machine" and couldn't have without the patience and dedication to finding the right car for me that Alaa had . I knew what i wanted at beginning. She couldnt find a car that fits my need. So we eneded up custom ordered a 328i. The deal were done most online through emails. Very prompted response. She is very friendly.

From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership we were treated with courtesy and respect by Jack Gomes. During the test drive he was able to answer all our questions about the car and the manner in which this dealership is different from the others. Jack was not only a true professional sales person but also was very much up to date on the car's features and it's advantages. I have never been more pleased with a leasing experience.....was fortunate enough (by chance) to have Adam Tayel as my client advisor....he had demonstrated in every way, all that I would want or expect (very accommodating)....with some fun in between, which was quite refreshing (for me)....totally satisfied.... and would highly recommend Adam & your facility to anyone with a BMW in mind.

Alaa was very personable and worked diligently to find me the car I wanted at a deal that was most reasonable. He also worked with me to get the best price for my trade-in. I am very pleased with his service.
