When I purchased my first BMW last year, my Sales Rep., Helen NG was so patient and courteous. After many phone conversations, visits and changing my mind several times on color, options, etc., she was able to find me the perfect car to exactly match my specifications and it was delivered within one week. I originally leased by car from Freehold BMW. At the end of my lease, I decided to purchase my 5 Series. I called Bloomfield BMW and asked if there was someone there who could help me purchase my car at the end of lease. I was connected to Jack Gomes. I had been shopping around for a 2012 BMW 335i Convertible fully loaded for weeks. Had no luck with deals or good salesman so I started to lose hope. When dealers see a 22 year old kid walk in to purchase such a car they think it's a waste of time and talk in such condescending ways. BUT, that was not the case when I walked into BMW Bloomfield. The dealership was very attentive, clean and organized; therefore, initial impression was great. After failing to meet the necessary criteria to lease, I received a call later that afternoon that they were able to work something out. I appreciated the ability to not give up on the first run... I did try Honda, Nissan and VW prior and was told they could not do anything because of the negative equity. Your dealership was the only one that found a solution.
