I had an appointment at this dealership to test drive a CPO vehicle. When I arrived I learned that the individual who had setup the appointment the day before called in sick. While others at the dealership did not seem to know what to do, Alaa immediately stepped up and took control. He was courteous, patient, informative and personable. It was an absolute pleasure to purchase my first new vehicle with Victor. Extremely accommodating, pleasant and informative.
