Adam and Larry made my experience at BMW so welcoming. It was my first time buying a BMW and I don't regret it one bit. Adam and Larry explained everything and I felt at ease, not like other dealerships where you feel pressured and like they hiding something. I would definitely come back to BMW Bloomfield for my next car!!!

Nothing but praise for the efforts of both Kalesa and Shahid in making my lease of a new BMW in a tight time frame straightforward and smooth running. Once Shahid had identified a car for me Kalesa was constantly updating me on how thigns were progressing right up until the day I picked it up. I had zero flexibility on my timing and they both went out of their way to accomodate me. Thanks to both.

The customer service at BMW of Bloomfield was great. We would highly recommend this dealership. Adam was very knowledgable, customer focused and friendly. Overall great experience.

Great communication, very responsive, very friendly, open, and direct people. Good price for in-stock vehicle for an eager buyer. One of the best sales experiences I have ever had. This is especially remarkable considering that some other BMW dealers really need an attitude adjustment (they act like they are making you a favor selling you a car).

I found a car that matched what I was looking for on one of the sites (kbb.com, edmunds and Autotrader, I don't remember which one) and sent a message to the dealer to express my interest. Kalesa Basden email me soon. After a brief phone conversation, I worked with her most through emails, as Bloomfield BMW is over 100 miles away from where I live. Kalisa was very helpful. It was my first time at this dealership and this was my fourth lease from a BMW dealership. Shahid Saleem made it very easy for me and he had a great deal of knowledge about the cars he sells. I strongly recommend him and the dealership. He took his time with me and showed a great deal of curtesy.
