"Very good service." I've had my BMW for almost 3 years and this dealership really does it's best to take great care of it's clients. I love that they will call a car to take me to work when I drop my car and will also pick me up to get my car. And they've always given me a detailed accounting of what they're going to do.
"Excellent service" Great experience with David Ferreria, he has been my main point of contact for service visits on my vehicle. Timely communication and updates on progress as well as dealing with corporate on issues. David is great to work with, I really appreciate his style - he makes things easier which is a rarity in this business.
"Highway wobble" Great advice on wheels/tires. Suspension calibration was not fixed - load level light came on the night I picked the car up! Will go back again! Great crew...
"Fast and easy " We came in for airbag recalls. We were taken care of almost immediately. Our service representative was really nice. Once the bags were changed we were ready to go without a hassle.
