"Fantastic experience. " I moved to New Jersey from Brooklyn and needed a car quickly. I contacted dealerships in the area and this was the only one that responded quickly and seemed interested in my business. I worked with Jess and I'm very please with the deal I got. And I obviously love the car. Highly recommended.
"Quick service" I dropped my car off for an oil change and was checked in immediately. Multiple people made sure that I was already being helped. They told me my car would be ready in an hour, and it was! The even gave me a voucher for a free car wash at a nearby establishment. Overall, great experience with this dealership.
"Great Service, prompt delivery and friendly staff" From the VAlet to advisor to cashier, BMW of Bloomfield has all the top notch people. Carlos was a great Valet, Ahron was a superb advisor and I don't have the names of the cashiers, but they were very friendly. That's why I keep coming here. They also provide a very convenient shuttle service via Lyft
"Recall" I had a great experience getting my car checked and fixed, good communication as to what the car needed, and fast service getting the car fixed and returned

"Great BMW dealership both for sales and ser in the Tri State" If you are looking to purchase or lease a new BMW because you love the brand, I suggest you check this dealership and am sure you will not be disappointed. Bill Hamilton is great to deal with. Howie Wu has the knowledge and patience and makes you very comfortable. Service people is top notch. Definitely, I highly recommend this dealership.
"The service centerstaff continues to exceed my expectations!" Took my M4 in for it's one year service. Corey D in the service team went above and beyond to assist me (not just with the service, but to advise me on mods that I was interested in). David F is amazing as well. Always makes time to chat and give sound advice. The entire service staff makes you feel like you're part of the BMW family.
