"staff is great and they make you feel welcome" Great service and they take the to time to inform you everything that's going on. Everything is explained and all your questions are answered.

"A painless experience" I wanted a gently used BMW X1 to trade in my 11 year old car. I had been tracking the used BMW X1s available in the area. I found one on the web at the BMW of Bloomfield dealership. I was contacted by a sales person, Rafael Ruiz, who was helpful, professional, and upfront about the total cost of the vehicle. He introduced me to the finance guy and in a few hours I had the car I wanted.
"Terrific Service" I've been dealing with them for over 10 years and always find the staff to be courteous, helpful and efficient. Can't ask for more.
"Very quick and efficient" There have been a lot of good improvements to this dealership. The wait time was very fast and while i waited i was able to speak with a sales person and see the new cars.
