"Exceptional Service" I only waited a short period (Because I was a new client); but the wait was well worth the service. I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service.
"Easy & love the 62 point inspection " I’ve been here a few times, drop off my car and go to the insight cafe to work. Free WiFi, snacks and drinks. Very convenient and I LOVE the 62 point inspection report letting me know what’s in good or bad condition for my car. Luckily it’s mostly been good condition results!

"My experience was quite positive. They were very attentive." From the moment I arrived, they were quite attentive. They made sure that I was being helped. They made me feel like I was of value to them. They explained what was going on with my vehicle constantly. They provided snacks. More importantly, I felt like they were being honest with me. If it were convenient. I would my vehicle back to them for service.

"Outstanding BMW experience " I brought my BMW X5 for service and was paired with David. He was extremely courteous and explained in details the steps to have my vehicle fixed. Needless to say, he provided an email with a quote and also a follow up via text messages. When I picked up my vehicle I was extremely satisfied with the work performed. "Excellent" Everyone here was very friendly and personable from the start, including the owner. They worked with me on every aspect of the sale without pushing to much.
