"Service " For quite few years I know Carlos Durante since he was at JMK. Great person gives best advice and do all to provide and fulfill service needs. "Dealership" I have been with this dealership for a long time from leasing cars to service. The experience has been great from the beginning. I may have forgotten the nanes of the other people that helped me but i have had not one single bad experience with the dealership.
"Super service" Very honest and helpful people especially Gina my service advisor. This dealership makes it very convenient to have my cars serviced with my busy work schedule.

"Great Dealer, even better service department " I took my 328i drive in To get my two recalled checked and fixed David my advisor went above and beyond his call of action to make sure my service was done correctly, kept me up to date with the status of my car as well as making sure I provided a loaner car

"Corey Duarte in service handled my concerns well..." I am not an easy customer. I have high expectations on value based on the cost of these BMWs. Corey communicated regularly, did not embellish situations and was results oriented. Moving forward he is the only one I will trust with my vehicle at Bloomfield BMW.
