"Excellent customer Service!" Staff were very helpful throughout my shopping experience to find my perfect and safe vehicle. "Worth the Trip" I live more than 40 miles from BMW of Bloomfield. Because they are between home and my job, I've had several occasions to use their service department in emergency situations. The service department is the best. A lot of dealers don't want to touch your car if you didn't purchase it from them. BMW of Blomfield has always treated me courteously and with respect.

"On the Road" We encountered an issue with our BMW 7 Series because it was losing power and stuttering and the drivetrain malfunction light came on. We are from Pennsylvania and we were flying out the next day for a vacation out of New Jersey. We took the car to the dealership and they stated that we could leave the car with them and they'd contact us later to let us know that the issue was before moving forward with the repairs.
