"Service" Quick and efficient turn around rate. Dropped car off as scheduled and returned within an hour and a half. Normally car gets washed but didn't this time. That's OK.
"Always a pleasure dealing with them" As they say, sales sells the first car, service sells every car after. Ahron at Bloomfield BMW has constantly made coming in for service a breeze. The relationship with my service advisor is why I keep coming in to this dealer. He provides a premium costumer experience for a premium product.
"Came in to purchase a new used vehicle" Upon entering the dealership I spoke with the girl at the welcome desk. She was both personable and funny. I had scheduled an appointment which was made by someone from their internet department, unfortunately they couldn't find me in the computer. This was not an issue as the gal at the front desk had me in front of a salesperson within about 2 minutes. "Car Sevice " I am extremely happy with the service and detail of my visit. I was impressed with the service as soon as a walked thru the door. I really enjoyed my BMW experience.
"After some initial difficulties, the Dealership Came through" Ahron, my service associate has been extremely helpful and accommodating in regards to getting my car serviced and with certain difficulties associated with parts on back order and getting me back in to my vehicle as soon as possible.
"Great Service - From Start to Finish" Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The service was done while I waited. Paperwork was luckily a minimum and I drove off happy. Definitely worth 5 stars.

"Accommodating and fast" I needed a headlight bulb change, l was late for my BMW appointment and had another important one to make. I was stunned at the cost to replace the bulb and David advised he would see what he would do regarding the price and explained how labor and materials were calculated and he would try to facilitate getting me out in time for my appointment.
