"Buying new car was amazing experience" The staff and management are amazing. Made buying experience comfortable and a breeze. Helped me pin point and pick the car that made sense for me.

"Front desk lack of customer service skills" I'm very happy with your service, specially my consultan Hilario. Kudos to him...such an outstanding employee. My concern is servuce front desk. No smiles on their faces. Seems like we're bothering them by asking questions. They looked overworked or they don't like what they're doing.. BMW of Bloomfield should invest in training them in caring for customers more.

Great experience on Saturday with the service department at BMW of Bloomfield - I had purchased a CPO x3 from BMW of Springfield and after reaching out to their service department via phone/email several times to verify what my warranties covered in terms maintenance, I was still left with many gray areas.
