"Courteous, professionalism " Service on vehicle completed in a timely manner. The personnel were professional and courteous and answered all questions regarding the service on the vehicle. I have leased my BMW vehicles from this dealership since 2013.
"Easy and exciting " They were very friendly and helpful. They give satisfying service im sure everyone would appreciate. Also their dealer ship is very neat and organized, cars are all beautiful.
"Great Customer Service" BMW Bloomfield is always good to me. Service advisors and staff are always pleasant and nice and helpful. I would recommended taking care for service. All of my services are covered whether maintenance of CPO coverage and they are sure to fix all problems. If you need a ride home they will drop off or if you need a loaner car service they also will provided if you let them know.
"Professional and friendly" BMW of Bloomfield's service department is the best I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful from start to finish. The establishment is comfortable and always clean. They have always made me feel like a valued customer and I am grateful for that ! Keep up the great work !

"Got what I wanted but took forever " Great job in quickly helping me find what I wanted, but took forever to close the deal. 1 hour to find and obtain the car, 1.5 hours negotiation, 4.5 hours to finish paperwork and get the car while with two little kids. Not fun! Not happy when I saw my name on the bottom of the list to meet with the finance guy when I had an appointment at noon, and it was 4:30.
