"Service" Gina from service was great, always with a smile! I had to return my car because the brake pad indicator came back on again, they took me in without an appt and fixed it again promptly.

"Professional as always... " Since I’ve purchased my bmw at the Bloomfield BMW I’ve never had a problem the times I had to get my car serviced. There was a slight problem when I scheduled my oil change... this was in regards to my warranty running out. But the problem was rectified by service advisor Gina.
