"Car service" Ahron was very helpful during my car service. Before the service started, I gave my car keys to the lady (staff) holding an iPad but My car keys has gotten misplaced. They did lock down and checked the security cameras. Eventually they found my key at another BMW car. The lady forgot the keys at that car. Ahron didn’t stop to find the keys with the help of the BMW staff.
"Fix air conditioner " My experience was really a good one. I had brought in the car and waited but it took several days to repair. I was given a loaner after two days and the rest of the visit was wonderful. The cost was taken care of by the service agreement.

"Thanks for the service " Great service it was convenient booking the appointment and changing the appointment online. When I came in receptionist was friendly and helpful and everyone I am countered provided excellent assistance
"Service as Expected!!!" Hilario was my service advisor. He was great. Texts to update me consistently!!! Service was done as expected!! Had to come a second time for remote issue but they ordered new remotes and everything has been fine.
