"Professional service " I have given five for fast polite service I receive every time I come there for service staff technician who works on my car even the person greet when check your car in
"Excellent Service and great service representative." Service was thorough and all items addressed. Service rep provided very good communication.Scheduling the service was very easy and the rep scheduling the work was very helpful. Dropping the car off and picking up was fairly quick.

"Air Conditioner blowing poorly through center vents" Corey was very thorough, listening all to the symptoms I described. He was very professional and good-natured, searching through the various SIB bulletins to match symptoms. I gave Corey a printed copy of the SIB I found that matched the symptoms from the bimmerfest.com forums. He validated that the software version in the car equaled the SIB upgrade, and (later) that there was no foam to remove from the front vents. "Professional and great customer service" I had a problem with the sunroof on my car being stuck in the open position and scheduled a service appointment online. However due to a storm fast approaching, I contacted Carlos & Hilario and they made arrangements for me to bring my car in the next and have use a loaner during the repair time.
