BMW of BF is picked up/returned to me by a very courteous driver at the location of my choice. The services outlined are the services performed and within the timing promised. The car is washed and they review the service with me. In this case, they picked up my car and handed me the keys to a very nice loaner which I planned to return the next day because I wanted to look at my next car.
Somehow my appt for service was erased and despite being packed to the gills, they took care of my car’s immediate needs right away, gave me the car back in 2 hrs and set up another appointment with a loaner. Also gave me a free car wash voucher. Good people, SA David took care of me and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Oil change price with coupon is a no brainer for having it done at the dealer.
Gina was very helpful in finding out why I needed to come in. She was helpful anD gave me a phone number for the future. I was not happy the this took two hours without a car wash.
From the time I discovered my tire was flat and immediately called Road Side Service and they right away started the process. The situation was handled expeditionally with great performance and service.
I unfortunately hit one too many NJ potholes this past Saturday afternoon. The tire pressure indicator came on and I pulled in the nearest gas station to get air only to find a 3 inch gash in my right front tire. After a few phone calls, I reached BMW of Bloomfield and they had the run-flat replacement tire I needed. It was a very pleasant experience I have a recommend service department. Gina Todisco aas really a great help. My wife dropped a diamond ring in the vent underneath the passenger seat and she instructed the service team on how to get it back and she handed it to me in a sealed envelope.
Great service, patience and willingness to show me aspects of multiple cars, no annoying sales pressure, reasonable prices, flexibility to work on different options and cars.
Timely and very professional service of my car! High marks across the board. I will definetely consider using this delearship for my next car purchase.
