On my way to New York, I stopped at the dealership after being denied service due to availability by Manhattan BMW. I was in a rush with 2 weeks behind on my oil changes and service to my vehicle I recently leased. I spoke with a service coordinator and manager William, I expressed my urgency and they saw to it that I have the quickest reliable service on a Saturday afternoon. The potholes this year have haunted us all who drive to and fro; fortunately, the nightmare is over and my car is fixed: cracked axle, upper control arm, struts and wheel alignment. So pleased with the service I received.
This dealership went above and beyond when it comes to servicing our BMW in the house hold. Most recently our 650i. Always a plesure when dealing with this dealership.
Excellent service especially by my service advisor, Hilario Soares. Very timely and professional to deal with. Also, the lounge is clean and snacks to offer.
My steering was making both a grinding and humming noise when I turned. I called for a service appointment, Bloomfield BMW took my car in immediately, and the problem was completely fixed!
