I had a tire blow-out on my way to work which put a damper on my morning drive, but the bad news ended there. I requested to be towed to Bloomfield BMW to have the tire replaced and got there just before the Service Department opened. I was greeted by a receptionist who was helpful and courteous. She directed me to David Ferreira, a service consultant who immediately took my information and arranged for the tire to be replaced. BMW of Bloomfield is the best place to get bimmer serviced. Their staff is very customer focused and quality of work is great. I have always had a great turn around time.
I had been a customer of Princeton BMW but now reside in northern jersey. My first experience with Bloomfield BMW and i WILL RETURN. RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE.
Made my appointment a month ahead with a loaner. They informed me that I was not getting a loaner at sign in, the day of my appointment. They could not find my car loaner appointment. OK, so they gave me a enterprise car instead. Gina was my advisor at Bloomfield BMW. She took real good care of me. Thank God!! It could be a little intimidating especially for a woman customer. Be she was very sincere and very helpful. My car works great now. Yay!
Great dealership, nice people, great service, near home. Highly recommend them. I also looked into the easy exchange program. The people who helped me were very cordial.
Well for starters their team welcomes you and is ready to attend all your needs! Service is timely and the best in the Business. I live near another BMW dealership and prefer to come to Bloomfield instead

That's how I feel as of now. I didn't like my last experience but they met my needs as much as possible. Overall everything is good.
