I had a tire blow-out on my way to work which put a damper on my morning drive, but the bad news ended there. I requested to be towed to Bloomfield BMW to have the tire replaced and got there just before the Service Department opened. I was greeted by a receptionist who was helpful and courteous. She directed me to David Ferreira, a service consultant who immediately took my information and arranged for the tire to be replaced. Made my appointment a month ahead with a loaner. They informed me that I was not getting a loaner at sign in, the day of my appointment. They could not find my car loaner appointment. OK, so they gave me a enterprise car instead. Gina was my advisor at Bloomfield BMW. She took real good care of me. Thank God!! It could be a little intimidating especially for a woman customer. Be she was very sincere and very helpful. My car works great now. Yay!
