Very nice service from Sam Shehata during the buying process of my first BMW. He was great at advise and informative sales advisor. Very helpful to the customer in every aspect of buying without putting sale pressure. Could have got more information from their service records but I think it's ok as got good deal. Can't wait to get my registration and put on my plates on car. full 10 on 10 to Sam Shehata and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you again
From the moment you pull up to the service area, you are greeted by someone with a smile to welcome you. You are shown into the service area and a service rep welcomes you. Once the paper work is done you are shown into the waiting room and offered something to drink and something to Noah on. When your car is ready they come back to get you and tell you what happened and shows you to your car.
Fast and easy, polite team, thanks to everyone. I was in the lounge waiting for the job to be finished, they kept me posted by text message about the status, they have snacks and beverages there as well, very convenient.
