I was looking for a CPO BMW 535i xDrive. I walked in real late in the evening on a Saturday and met Kurt. The 2 cars i had gone to look at had been sold that very same day. Bad luck for me. This is my first time buying a BMW, everyone at the dealership was great. All my questions were answered, the hardest part was deciding which options to get. Jason Gellanty is an excellant sales person, even though he was busy the day I went in he answered all of my questions and made the decision process easy. As many of us know, the new car procurement process can be painful. BMW of Bridgeport was recommended by a friend but, admittedly, I called with low expectations having worked with many dealerships already. I was pleasantly surprised working with Jason as he was friendly, knowledgeable and able to get a reasonable deal done quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.
Jason Gellatly is an outstanding salesman. This is the second car that I have purchased with Jason's help. He explains everything correctly and gives the correct information on the questions that you may have along with working aggressively to get me the best deal he could. He has taken care of the many phone calls, speaking to insurances and to the DMV on my behalf which helped me tremendously. I had a great experience getting into my first BMW ever. Kurt was excellent as he laid out my options of lease vs. buy vs. certified pre-owned. He took his time showing me the cars and gave me pros/cons for each option. He kept in contact with me by phone and email throughout the process of finding the car I wanted.
