I was looking for a used 2010 Audi A3 TDI with a particular set of options and packages, and BMW of Bridgeport was the closest dealer to me that had one. Mike took all of the anticipated drama out of the transaction by giving me a great deal not only on the pruchase, but also for my aging trade-in. Having done all of my homework from Consumer Reports, and dreading the pending negotiating, I was quickly amazed that they offered the best possible deal that even exceeded what Consumer Reports recommendation.
I just switched to BMW BPT from BMW North Haven due to Mike Liberatore working there. I am very pleased with not only Mike but also the dealership. Mike is an awesome employee . This is the third car I have gotten at BMW of Bridgeport and the second time I have worked with Kurt Kressu. Kurt has always treated me in a friendly and professional way. He is honest and forthright in his manner and I appreciate that tremendously. When I called Bmw of Bridgeport regarding a BMW X5 3.5i I ended up speaking to Kurt. Kurt answered all my questions and was very helpful. Any information that I requested he sent it to be as soon as possible. He gave me a great price and we finalized the deal within 2 hours. I didn't even need to negotiate with Kurt and he didn't give me any pressure putting down a deposit. I'm very confident that he will take me when the car arrives.
