Most unprofessional staff in my many years of BMW purchasing experience. Don't bother wasting your time or money, especially you brothers and sisters. I thought being a resident of Bridgeport, they could have been nicer and respectful of this community.
Kurt was great. I had dealt with another dealership and felt like they did not care about whether I leased or not. They were not returning call about buying my car coming off lease as well as they would not work with me at all on price. Kurt spent time with me and emailed me updates and in fact the car came in 4 weeks earlier then expected. I was very pleased. Completely different experience.
In 20 years of driving and having the regular repairs and occaisional body shop work, I've never had a more disappointing dealership experience than I've had in the last 18 months with BMW of Bridgeport. The front desk clerks are about as accomodating as IRS front office folks (no offense to the IRS). The work often requires 2x trips to fix, and in our case there are things they simply haven't fixed. Arrogant is the best single word to describe them. I'm now so put off that I'm thinking that buying expensive cars is simply n... read more

Well this dealer is good if you want to lied to and taken for a ride. They sure sound like you are the customer they need, till they find out they can take advantage of you. If you spend all your cash on their dinan line and you come in with aftermarket parts be sure they will VOID your warranty. I have been to this dealer twice and own two bmw's(03 m3, 05 x5), they have left such a foul taste in my mouth that i am planning on selling the two and never coming back to bmw, which i have been a loyal customer of since 1996. Jared, while we fully respect your rights to express your opinion, we do feel ALL the facts should be brought to light. This was the first time we have ever seen you at our dealership. You brought your car 2003 car in that has expired its warranty since 2007. You were looking for a free repair to your rear subframe. BMW inspected your vehicle and declined to assist based on major modifications that YOU made to your car. You are angry at BMW of Bridgeport because we would not LIE to the manufacturer about the condition of you... read more
When you go there for the service please check all your paperwork and condition of your own car and the loaner VERY carefully. You may be really badly surprised when it comes to the services and friendliness of the people that you once thought were honest and nice.Today was the last time I was dealing with that dealer. When you go to buy a car they are all nice and friendly until they got you. Don't believe in certified pre-owned also - the cars they sell are not in the condition they want you to believe they are. Untill the... read more

We take any and all complaints against our dealership very seriously, as we truly strive to offer the best service we can. In reviewing your history, I can see that we have always managed to get coverage and rectify your issues. The reason for your current complaint is the result of us holding you responsible for damage to a wheel on our loaner car. We gave you the use of a brand new BMW to drive while we serviced your vehicle. At the time the car was given to you, the vehicle was inspected for damage with you. You signed of... read more
Overall excellent experience with this dealer. I was looking at several options including Audi, Mercedes and BMW, but finally settled on a BMW 328ix. Our sales person, Kurt Krassu, was instrumental in helping us choose the car that was right for us. He really worked within our budget and was not pushy or overly aggressive. He simply gave us the facts, showed us all the options on the car and what they cost, and let us make our decision, which was a great feeling. Thanks a lot Kurt!
I went to the dealship to get lots of parts there, they seems do not like me, whick is find to me. second time, I was told by one of them that the porgramming for the car cost half an hour's labor. the next day when I took me car there, they told me that have to be 1 and a half's labor(198plus tax).
Went to see a car they had advertised at one price. Got there, wanted the car, The CPO sales manager walks over and tells me they mispriced it and it's now $2000 more. The salesman was nice enough, but the sales manager then looks at me and tells me he just told me about this on the phone after he learned about it 30 minutes ago. Unfortunatley for him, we spoke 3 hours earlier - and not mispricing situation was ever mentioned. I walked our and wrote a letter to the GM who never responded. I can accept a mistake. I can't imag... read more
Worse customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealership EVER. They NEVER have a loaner ready for me when I reserve one, usually this means they have to rent me some piece of crap from the Enterprise place next door. I buy a 50K+ car, and I get a 10k piece o' crap for a loaner. When I first purchased my BMW 328i, I had a shimmey in the front end while breaking. These idiots blamed my "driving habits", as they were unable to resolve my problem. I have been driving for 30+ years, and my "driving habits" never seeme... read more
