"Found asphalt under the car, a lot, they told me they..." Found asphalt under the car, a lot, they told me they inspect the car, obviously not. Now I have to bring it back. Couldn’t find the title. Bad customer service! Shop at your own risk never go back there again . Asked him about the floor mats, he said they don’t supply them! Wow! Not very professional. Never ask how he could make things better. I don’t know how the other sales people are but heis not about giving all information up front.

"Was given false information numerous times, and then..." Was given false information numerous times, and then salesman claimed he didn’t say it. Worked with someone else in the past when I purchased my first vehicle from BMW of Bridgeport, and this was not the case. Very disappointed in my experience this time around.
"All the staff were excellent my concern was the services..." All the staff were excellent my concern was the services performed. The battery and control module were replaced and this did not fix the issue then the following day the root problem was discovered which was the water pump. Wondered why the root issue too so long to find and in fact did the battery and control module really need to be replaced

"Car did not start and brought it back twice in 2 days" Brought my car in because it would not start. Had to jump it for at least 30 minutes before it started and I brought it in. Was told the battery was good but it could be my old trickle charger was no longer good. They said there was no way of knowing if it was good. I felt the old T-C was fine because when charging the battery, it showed the usual red light before progressing to green as usual but BMW suggested I buy a new T-C. "car repair" I never have a problem at this dealership. Had car repaired & they did great job. This is not the first time I have had work done.

"New car" These guys have bent over backwards for me. It would be very difficult to buy a car somewhere else. Plus I can't see myself in anything but a BMW now. Nothing rides like a BMW nothing and I'm an old man who has had a bunch of different rides.
