F and I individual that handled our acct was rude, condescending and overall a bit full of "herself". I tried to include her name, but it appears she is longer on your website.

Bought a CPO with a clean Car Fax. Had the vehicle for a year and went to trade it in at another BMW dealer. That's when I found out the vehicle had over $10k body damage while still in the dealer's possession, hence the clean Car Fax. It's required by law to disclose the damage, so they clearly committed FRAUD. Everyone that I dealt with knew about the damage, its easily recognized in BMW's computer system. Jason Gellaty knew about it, Bill Greene, the CPO manager, knew about it, yet they failed to mention it to me. They ar... read more

I have to write this review based on my experience at this dealership- I must say the sales people I dealt with were fine , not pushy or pressure . But when we decided on a car , I infromed them that I already had fincacing in place with another dealership , I knew my credit score and terms !! So i didnt want to run my credit unless we were sure of a car and payments, that got worked out so I agreed to finace. The finance girl Catherine was , so rude and condenseding , again I just got approved and had a deal in place , so I... read more

-Finance woman is extremely rude. Of course just like any sleazy dealership they will change all of the numbers (car price, loan term, and percentage) when you go to sign it. Luckily I "had proof" of the agreed upon car price when she called me out on disagreeing with her price. Great way to treat the customer. -I was promised car details and car washes upon completing reviews for this dealership across various sites. I filled everything out the day I left and informed both Jason and Isaiah that I did so. I was given no vouc... read more

We were thrilled to buy a beautiful off lease X5, but from the day we bought the car,it had constant issues. We always had it fixed at the dealership and within the last year, the car has died TWICE with my children in the vehicle. Most recently on a bridge! BMW's answer was to offer us another used X5 at a very slightly discounted price. Bill Green and everyone who I spoke to said these service issues were not normal. When they were unwilling to meet our request they said they would fix the car. Upon picking up the car, and... read more

Business response:

As a dealership we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Unfortunately, we could not get this customer to see the effort and continuous monetary contribution by BMW and the dealership to fix her vehicle even when it was not covered under warranty. In addition, BMW and the dealership were also willing to provide the customer with additional compensation to get her out of this vehicle and put her in a five-year newer model with 50,000 less miles. However, this customer was only willing to accept her demand which was u... read more

Buyers beware. BMW does not thoroughly check their own vehicle history, ie accident history before certifying them. My vehicle history was misrepresented to me. Intentional or not...questionable, they have taken no steps to rectify or assist me in the situation. After a pleasant and professional conversation with Mitch, dealer manager, we were supposed to reconnect. After a dozen plus calls and messages, Mitch does not have the professionalism or courtesy to return phone calls. If you think BMW NA cares, forget that too. The... read more

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW. The verbal price they gave me was not honored when I got there to test drive the car and they would not budge on the price, even though the difference was less than $100. We'd agreed that I'd trade in my old car and drive out with the new one. After I spent time transferring my insurance to a new policy, they decided to do a 3 hour repair for a recall (that they'd told me earlier was not urgent and could be done in the next month). They promised the car would be delivered the following day... read more

I lease a car through BMW of Bridgeport and my experience just keeps getting worse. Every time I have an issue they act as if I am bothering them. The staff is always rude and impatient. They talk to me as if I am an idiot and always make things more difficult. I love my car, but dealing with the dealership has made me despise BMW.

This dealership is one of the worst I have had the misfortune to do business with. I purchased a "Certified Pre-owned" automobile from them. I live in RI and specifically chose this dealership because they had the car I wanted and they seemed like a large, reputable dealer. Wow! Was I mistaken! I was working with Jason Gellatly who was very nice during the sales process and we quickly agreed on a price. He even offered to have the car registered in RI. I mentioned that was necessary as I felt we could handle it and it was an... read more
