Purchased a BMW from here and had the worst experience with the exception of service dept representatives! General manager was not responsive to valid customer concerns. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! You will NOT have the ultimate driving experience if you buy from BMW of Bridgeport!
We have purchased two vehicles from these people. The can't we nice and helpful enough when they are taking your money BUT if you have any issues that need to be resolved you can expect an attitude the very best that you are bothering them and more typically, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Having gone through half a dozen people during this last episode that kept turning me over to someone else that could help. Clearly nobody wanted to be bothered and shuffled me off to the next guy who and on and on.

After waiting about a week to get a 09 BMW X6 along with all the good things Jason had to say about the car, to my surprise when I got there everything thing turns left. It's as if he didn't want to no longer sell me the truck, instead he's trying to let me buy an newer truck. I was sitting there saying to myself either he promise someone else this car or my money wasn't good enough. He even have me put $200 to hold it because he wanted to make sure I was coming back. Edited - Had a service appointment and in my opinion when the car's sub-frame was dropped, the loss of weight, plus the stress of it dropping, caused multiple weaknesses to be exposed. My brake line was loose and sprayed fluid on my wheel and tire, my headlight's gasket came loose and water then entered the headlight, and I don't know how but my Cyl 3 was misfiring, but after switching the coil to Cyl 1 everything is back to normal. BMW repaired the brake line and move the coil while we figured out the headlight issue.
Went to the dealership on an overcast and windy day...I'm guessing it was too much for any of them to come outside and ask if I needed any help. I actually walked around, got into unlocked SUVs,and had my run of the place for more than a half hour. Not a SINGLE dealer came out to me. Guess they don't need the business that badly!

I was a client since 2000.Last experience with Jason G was the worst I have over all these years. I planned to replace my olds 540i with second leasing. Unfortunately, his agenda is collecting his commissions. regardless of my request for particular options he tried very hard to show me exactly opposite- cars that are not ready for presentation - dirty and smelly. I purchased a CPO 2011 Z4 on 3/5/16. Still having problems with the car on 4/7/16. Everyone at the dealership seemed too busy to pay attention, answered all my questions with what they thought I wanted to hear. They consistently deferred all my questions with - don't worry its certified preowned and don't worry it's still under an extended service and maintenance warranty. Adding to the chorus, I have had 5 leases with BMW over the past 15 years. The most recent one is with BMW of Bridgeport. And yes, Jason Gellatily does not know how to return numerous messages notwithstanding my loyalty to BMW. When I called to ask why he had provided such poor customer, his mgr said "he sells over 40 cars a month so no need to pay attention". In point of fact, BMW cars sell themselves. Jason is just a paper pusher. Suggestion?? Go anywhere else but BMW Bridgeport as your business is not valued.
The client advisor mocked the fact that I had researched the current price of my used vehicle through Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. Granted the dealer is allowed to reject the pricing as in any business transaction, it's really not what you do, but how you do it that make the difference. The client advisor (Volkan), not just rejected the pricing suggestion, but proceeded to ask his colleagues, with a smirk in his face, if they thought KBB or Edmunds was a reliable source...
