During the Covid 19 emergency, this dealership is incredibly organized and able to get customers in and out rapidly. I took 2 different cars dropping one then later switching them out. I felt comfortable here, everybody was wearing masks and had clear protection barriers up at each station. Thank you for being so respectful.
"Times are strange right now. The personel did their job..." Times are strange right now. The personel did their job but were not exactly welcoming. It wasn’t the usual friendly atmosphere that I have come to expect at Thompson BMW. Furthermore two weeks after the oil change, they automatically scheduled an oil change without consulting me. I called and explained that I already had it done and then yesterday I got an automated reminder!
"Safe, and efficient service" made the appointment via phone. Very little contact with any individual, and all at safe distances. Received text when the car was ready to pick up. Drove away without any contact with any individual.

Very friendly atmosphere and they are dedicated to satisfying the needs of the customer. I found this to be true from the salesman we dealt with to the customer service department. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW.
