It wasn’t the usual friendly atmosphere that I have come to expect at Thompson BMW. Furthermore two weeks after the oil change, they automatically scheduled an oil change without consulting me. I called and explained that I already had it done and then yesterday I got an automated reminder!
"Safe, and efficient service" made the appointment via phone. Very little contact with any individual, and all at safe distances. Received text when the car was ready to pick up. Drove away without any contact with any individual.
