"The service was...service. Nothing exemplary, nothing..." The service was...service. Nothing exemplary, nothing that would cause me to remember a given individual. Just service. In fact, it was my first time in your dealership, and maybe someone could have shared how things work for service.

"I always get good service but the last 3 times (oil..." I always get good service but the last 3 times (oil change, new tires, and now inspection), I make my appointment for 8:00am and the last 3 times I’ve gotten a call at the end of the day saying they didn’t get to my car. Do they do this to everyone or just me because I’m nice?
