"The customer service is outstanding. I visited the BMW..." The customer service is outstanding. I visited the BMW deadweight closet to me home and no one even addressed me. At Thompson, I was immediately greeted by service people. I talked to Dawn about what I was looking at and asked a few questions. Ms Morgan, happily responded. She even followed up with me several times by phone and email to see if I was still interested. Made me feel like she cared and was there to assist me. Even Dawn’s manager was very helpful.
