They came out and towed my car in late on a Friday night when they could have easily just told me to wait until the next day, and then service was done quickly and efficiently.

I waited this time, (in the past I have been given a loaner. I was pleased to find out that my tire was on warranty still. That bit of news-MADE MY DAY!!! I will never take my car elsewhere, courtesy, explaining what was needed. No frills. No frills. Just fact. Thank You. Thompson BMW
