"I recently had my car serviced and inspected at Thompson...." I recently had my car serviced and inspected at Thompson. The staff is always courteous and respectful. I waited for my car in the customer lounge which was very comfortable. I was the only person there due to the social distancing going on at this time. The dealership seems to be adhering to the precautions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He checked my cars service history and found there were a few maintenance items that they would take care of as well at no additional cost. Then, the loaner valet approached me to let me know that he didn’t think the car he pulled for me was going to be big enough for me and my car seats so he proceeded to run out in the rain to bring me a bigger SUV.
